Well... it’s official.
My guy, my coach, my friend Bob Huggins has listed his house for sale.
And honestly, that one kind of hit me.
It makes it feel official that he’s really not going to be a part of the community anymore.
I’ve known Bob since I was 17 years old, when he came and sat in my kitchen with my parents. From the very beginning, he always talked about how special this state and the people in West Virginia were.

That was something he preached then, and something I heard him say over and over throughout the years.
Even though he’s been under the radar for the past few years, seeing that “For Sale” sign, just made it feel more real.
Like… damn. This is really happening.
There’s a lot I could say about Bob, our relationship, his time in West Virginia, and everything that has happened over the years.
And I have a lot more to say on this, so stay tuned.
But before I go any further...
Shameless plug: If you’re interested in buying this house or any other house, my wife Jessica Flowers is a real estate agent, so reach out to her lol.
We are working on getting him the farewell that he deserves, and everything that went down… but that’s a blog for another day.
For now, I want to hear from you!
What do you think Bob’s farewell should look like?
If you have an idea, a favorite memory, or just something you think would be a great way to celebrate his time in West Virginia, drop it in the comments. Or better yet, head over to The Locker Room and start the conversation on the messaging board. Let’s see what Mountaineer Nation can come up with.
